Slow Flow Yoga in Wendover

My name is Sabina Dye. I was practicing Yoga for more than 10 years & after trying numerous styles & Yoga fads, in my own practice I was coming back to slow flowing movements accompanied by deep Ujjayi breath. It always made me feel like I was meditating in motion! I was mindful of my body, the way it moves, the muscles that are doing the work, my body alignment & how helpful my breath is to each move I made.

Having become a Yoga Teacher myself, I noticed that people prefer not to be rushed from pose to pose, that taking time in each pose, breathing deeply into it helps the body go deeper, feel calmer, relax more and get more benefits from one’s practice.

Slow Flow Yoga calms the nervous system, improves breathing, increases body-mind connection, balances your physical, mental & emotional energy levels to improve overall health, mobility, flexibility & circulation!

Yoga is a very individual practice & each of us finds the best way to express our own uniqueness & potential. If you feel like you want to try the Slow Flow Yoga, please do come to one of my classes:
