The Wendover Remembers Wallhanging is now in its final resting place within Wendover Community Library and all those associated with its creation were invited to celebrate this momentous community project on Armistice Day, Friday 11 November 2016.
The new opening hours at Lloyds Bank, High Street, Wendover, are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:30-14:30.
Speeding is an issue that local communities can take ownership of by creating local Community SpeedWatch Schemes
We are the Whitchurch Morris Men and we are Wendover’s nearest Morris side.
Wendover Celebrates are very happy to announce that the surplus from the event in 2012 currently amounts to £12,500. We will be retaining £10,000 of this sum as seed funding for the next event but we would like to distribute £2,000 to local causes, and ask for written submissions to be e-mailed to the Wendover Celebrates Committee via www.wendovercelebrates.org.uk before 30 November.
