All Saints’ Church, Buckland has been at the heart of Buckland village for over seven hundred years. Throughout this time the church has been seeking to make God’s love known to all, whether they be life long Christians or anxious enquirers. All Saints’ is an Anglican [Church of England] Church in the Diocese of Oxford, and we serve not only the villagers of Buckland but anyone who stumbles upon our church family. As a liberal catholic parish, we seek to understand God through worship and fellowship; we believe that all are beloved children of God, regardless of gender, age, sexuality or class. We take seriously our duty to serve the community; not only through services, but also through life events of baptism, weddings, and funerals. Church life isn’t just about services. We have a busy social calendar, providing a cinema in the winter months, a village stall and coffee morning once a month, as well as special festivities.
Pleas visit our website using the links to the left to give you a taste of this small but very vibrant community. Here you can find details of our services, our social events, flicks in the sticks, as well as discover a bit more about Christianity and what it means in the modern world.
