Aston Clinton U3A

Our History

Following an inaugural meeting ASTON CLINTON U3A was formally constituted on 8th February 2006 and run (initially) by a Steering Committee comprising Barbara plus 10 – there was an initial membership of 85 and 21 Interest Groups were formed.

The U3A was formally admitted to The Third Age Trust on 15th May  2006 and granted charitable status (with registered number 1115424) on 19th July 2006.

The Constitution was amended on 19th February 2013.
