Buckinghamshire Age UK

Age UK Buckinghamshire, formerly Age Concern Buckinghamshire, has been caring for vulnerable and isolated older people throughout the county for nearly 70 years. We are an independent local charity, responsible for our own funding and services and a brand partner of the association of Age UKs, all of whom share the same values and offer services to support local older people.

Our objectives are:

  • We will aim to be the trusted organisation for older people, their families and carers.
  • We will help older people achieve and maintain their independence and wellbeing.
  • We will support older people to reduce their risk of isolation and loneliness.
  • We will enable older people to make informed decisions through the provision of quality information and advice.
  • We will provide high quality services for older people.

To do our work, we rely on :

  • your time as a volunteer
  • goods for our shops in Buckinghamshire
  • direct donations or by using our trading facilities
  • remembering us with legacies in your wills
