Please do not come to the surgery unless you have been given an appointment or you need to fetch items from dispensary or reception. If you need medical help call us on 01296 623452 and a doctor or nurse will call you back. As far as possible you will be directed to your usual GP for non-urgent matters. If needed a face-to-face consultation will be arranged, but if you have a smartphone we now also have the ability to offer video consultations. Please bear with us during these challenging times, but if you have concerns about your health do not delay in contacting us.

The Surgery is normally open Monday 7.30am – 6.30pm, Tuesday 7.30am-8pm, Wednesday 7.30am-6.30pm, Thursday 7.30am-6.30pm, Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm.
Please note Dispensary opens at 8.30am
Telephone lines are open from 8am-1pm, 2pm-6.30pm Monday-Friday
Appointments are normally between 7.40am -12.10pm and 2.00pm – 5.50pm.
Tuesday evening appointments 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Saturday morning opening hours are 8.15am to 11.00am except Bank Holiday Saturdays
Please note Dispensary open 9am-11am on Saturdays except Bank Holiday Saturdays

Our policy is one appointment per patient
