Weston Turville Union Chapel

Union Chapel was opened in 1839 and while Baptist by denomination, was opened to any who came by profession of faith as well as by adult baptism.  Roll on 185 years and the present congregation sits in the same building and holds to the same values.  We have no minister or priest and see that to be special.  The people who come to the chapel run the chapel, lead and organise the services and make all the decisions.  If you come to our church, your voice is heard.

We are informal but not ‘messy’.  Don’t join us on a Sunday if you want everything pitch perfect and working to plan. Don’t join us if you are not willing to laugh during the service or think that preachers only ask rhetorical questions. Don’t join us because we have all the answers. Join us if you want to meet a group of people who come together to work out what it means to be Christians in today’s world and how to navigate through the ups and downs of life.

Our services are at 10:30am each Sunday morning.  Special events and services can be found on our website.
