Are you looking for your next Volunteering role? We are looking for people to get involved with helping the young people of Wendover get the most out of Scouting. To enable us to do that we require adults with many different skills.

Type of skills our adults need – you may be someone who enjoys Craft, Sailing, Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Archery or anything else really. Whatever the skills, we have openings.

Time Committed – We already have an amazing team of adults delivering weekly meetings and whilst more are always welcome, these roles really are about helping on the occasional basis across the different age ranges of the group. The commitment of time is yours, which may be an odd evening, weekend or over the course of a particular badge session.

Qualifications & Training – Scouting not only helps train young people but adults as well. So moving forward with a bit of commitment from you we can also offer support with qualifications such as Dinghy Instructor, Kayak Coach and so on. We can support your development if you can support us!

To Qualify to help – Be over 18 years of age; Complete a DBS Check; Be enthusiastic

Scouting is truly an amazing organisation which not only do the young people get lots out of but the adults do as well.
