Aylesbury College running drop-in advice sessions for students collecting exam results
Aylesbury College is running drop-in information and advice sessions for students who are collecting their GCSE results. These will be taking place every Thursday in August between 10am and 2pm.
The College, which is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is the leading provider of apprenticeships in Buckinghamshire, is committed to helping students find the right course for them. With a wide range of courses on offer, Aylesbury College can provide students with information on anything from choosing a course, to exam results, to financial and learning support.
Once students collect their exam results it is common for them to have questions about what to do next or to want advice about their next steps.
Karen Mitchell, Principal at Aylesbury College said: “Collecting your exam results is a huge achievement for every student, but we know that sometimes it can be a confusing time as well. Students might do better or worse than they expected, or they might have changed their mind about what they want to do in September. So at Aylesbury College we are running drop-in information sessions every Thursday where students can come in and speak to our staff and find out about the options available to them – whether that’s doing A-levels, a vocational course, an apprenticeship or a traineeship.”
Aylesbury College offers a wide range of full-time, part-time and online courses in both academic and vocational subjects, as well as apprenticeships and training opportunities for young people.
