Aylesbury College launches students’ association

Aylesbury College is proud to be launching its students’ association for the new academic year. Aylesbury College Students (ACS) is headed up by Student President Alister Johnson and the student executive team. ACS is responsible for organising events and activities within the College to make sure students have an exceptional all-round experience at Aylesbury College.

Alister, who left Aylesbury Grammar School to study A-levels at Aylesbury College, said: “I’m really excited to be launching ACS – we’ve hit the ground running as we’re organising the fresher’s fair event (the GREAT Fair) which is taking place in a week’s time. We’ve got more than 30 local businesses, charities and organisations attending so it’ll be a fantastic event!”

Karen Mitchell, Principal and Chief Executive at Aylesbury College said: “This is going to be a really exciting year for students at Aylesbury College and I’m thrilled with all the hard work that Alister and the team have put in so far.”

New students start their courses this week but Aylesbury College still has places available on many courses. There are regular information sessions throughout September and the dates and times can be found on the College website.
