New Aylesbury Vale Property Meet helps local landlords to keep learning
The first monthly Aylesbury Vale Property Meet took place in January, with great attendance from over 70 local landlords, property owners and others with an interest in property.
Taking over from AVDC’s Landlords’ Forum, this interesting and educational evening is hosted by Incgen, and takes place at The Gateway, Aylesbury every second Wednesday of the month. Not only is it a useful networking opportunity, but experienced speakers will cover all the moral, ethical and legal aspects of being a landlord, as well as having keynote speakers sharing tips, advice and their wealth of experience in the property industry.
Incgen is Aylesbury Vale District Council’s Business to Business service from Vale Commerce, a company wholly owned by AVDC. Vale Commerce aims to provide a timely and welcome boost to the local economy.
Jim Dickson, Incgen’s Director said; “It was great to meet so many professionals at our first monthly Aylesbury Vale Property Meet, keen to learn and share ideas. It’s not just for landlords, but a great opportunity for anyone involved with the property industry to get together and share information and top tips.”
The next event takes place on 8 February from 6pm with guest speaker David Hawes discussing the top 40 sources of great property deals. Attendees can gain CPD towards accreditation schemes. The cost to attend is £10 (+VAT) per month (with other great benefits included) or £20 on the door, but you can try your first one for free.
