Barratt and David Wilson Homes Club together for Cublington Cricket Club

Cublington Cricket Club is based at Cublington which is nearby to the leading housebuilder’s Kingsbrook development on Burcott Lane.

The total amount of money donated by Barratt and David Wilson Homes was £2,000, to help cover the cost of a new scoreboard for the club.

Michael Reilly, Chairman of Cublington Cricket Club, said, “We are overwhelmed by Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ generosity.

“The cricket club is an active organisation within the community and the new scoreboard will benefit the people of Aylesbury and residents of Kingsbrook greatly.”

Glenn Copper, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Thames, said, “We’re delighted to have been able to donate towards the purchase of a new scoreboard for Cublington Cricket Club.

“We think it’s important to support local organisations where we can and know how important the cricket club is to the Aylesbury community.

“With summer now in full swing, we hope our residents at Kingsbrook will have a go at grabbing a bat and ball too.”
