Bellway set to expand Wavendon community

Bellway will launch its second development in the new Wavendon community near Milton Keynes in March.

Bellway is already established within the consortium of housebuilders creating a new development off the A421, on the edge of the village of Wavendon.

At Wavendon Chase, Bellway has a selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses currently available.

The new development, Wavendon View, will comprise 239 homes. This includes one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with 74 affordable homes for local people.

Luke Southgate, Sales Director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “Wavendon View will be our second development in Wavendon as we begin to build a new community in the area.

Wavendon View sits alongside Wavendon Chase. It will open to visitors in March.
