Buckinghamshire homebuilder breaks down barriers to moving following new survey
Leading homebuilder Barratt and David Wilson Homes is helping Buckinghamshire residents overcome their barriers to moving properties which have been revealed in a recent survey.
Moving home can be a daunting task and there are many concerns that home buyers may have, such as Brexit, Coronavirus and the difficulty of selling your existing property.
The survey conducted by the five star developer* has revealed that the biggest concerns amongst residents are that Brexit has impacted the housing market (20%) and the current safety issues around having other people around their home (20%).
