Buckmoorend Farm update – April 2020

2020 is in full swing and even though we seemed quiet, we have been busy behind the scenes preparing the year ahead. We are really excited, there is a lot to come, so watch this space.

We are kicking off our event season with WALK THE FARM on the 29th March (cancelled), which is a guided walk around the perimeter of Buckmoorend Farm. Tickets are £12.50 including a Ploughman’s Style Picnic. Spaces are limited and can be booked in the shop or online. Don’t worry if you can’t make it this time, there will be an other walk on the 23rd August.

On the 12th April, Easter Sunday  we would like to welcome everyone to our popular EASTER EGG HUNT (cancelled). Please join us for a free family fun day and enjoy our animals, games, craft corner, home cooked food, chocolate Eggs and get the chance win a Farm experience for the most beautiful decorated Egg.

This year OPEN FARM SUNDAY will be on the 7th June. We are particularly excited, as it shows Buckmoorend Farm behind the scenes and what we are so passionate about. Our sustainable Farming approach is showcased through out talks, activities, farm machinery & animals. We also have some lovely local business with their amazing produce supporting us on the day. So if you would like to know what is happening behind the “barn doors”, pop along between 11-4.
