The Chiltern Brewery wins again!

Five bottled beers from The Chiltern Brewery in Terrick have won a total of 6 Gold Stars between them at this year’s Great Taste Awards, considered by many to be the ‘Oscars’ of the food and drink industry. This takes their grand total of Gold Stars won over the years to 27. It now means that every single one of their bottled beers currently holds a Great Taste Award. Three Hundreds Dark Old Ale 5.0% was the star of a packed show, winning 2 Gold Stars.

New limited edition draught beers for September are spicy and slightly sweet Copper Beech Autumn Ale 4.4% and pale amber Kop Hill Ale 3.7% – an official event beer for race weekend. For October it’s a brand new offering, Red Rye Beer 4%, biscuity and citrusy, and 300’s Old Ale 4.9% – dark amber malty and rich.
