Chiltern Way Academy receives a Thank You from Rob Butler MP

At CWA Wendover we were very pleased to receive a letter from local MP Rob Butler. In the letter Rob thanks the staff for “the excellent work you have all been doing during the coronavirus pandemic”. He is also planning a visit to the school where he can meet students and see for himself all the hard work we do.

The letter was a real boost to the staff who have worked through the crisis and kept the school open for our students. In the last week of term we had all 40 frontline staff back in school and the majority of the students have attended at least part of the week. The school will be open for some students over the summer holidays so that we can continue look after the children of key workers and our most vulnerable students. We look forward to a full school re-opening in September with a return to a 3.15pm finish to the day. We wish all Wendover residents a safe, sunny and enjoyable summer period.
