Construction nears completion at Aston Clinton development

Construction work is coming to an end at a new housing development in Aston Clinton which has delivered an investment of around £1.8 million in local services.

Bellway is putting the finishing touches to the final properties at Estone Grange, a collection of 95 homes, public open space and a play area off Chapel Drive, and there are now just three homes remaining for sale.

Planning permission for the development, which features a mix of one to five-bedroom properties, with 66 homes for private sale and 29 affordable homes, was granted by Aylesbury Vale District Council in October 2016.

Financial contributions made by Bellway through the planning agreement for the development include £545,000 for primary education, £740,000 towards secondary education, £360,000 for sport and leisure facilities, and £150,000 towards sustainable transport.
