A retired couple from Hong Kong have recently joined Barratt Homes’ thriving community, Fairfields in Milton Keynes.

David Ho (68) and Yuen Ling (65) chose the Vespasian Road development to upsize and purchase the dream home for their retirement.

The couple join a new trend for retirees who are now looking to upsize, rather than previously downsizing for a lower maintenance life.
