Focus on looking after your mental health in today’s council video update
Advice and support for mental health issues during the coronavirus emergency are the topic of today’s video update (Vlog) from Buckinghamshire Council Leader Martin Tett.
Joining Martin as part of Mental Health Week is Dr Sian Roberts, Clinical Lead for Mental Health in Buckinghamshire, who explains five key ways in which people can help maintain good mental health as the effects of the lockdown are felt.
“By doing each of these – not just three or four out of the five – then this really will make us feel more positive,” says Dr Roberts.

The daily Vlog, supporting the message #ProudofBucks, also provides an opportunity for people to ask questions via social media on how the council is fighting Coronavirus locally, what residents can do to stay safe, and how they can get involved in helping others – using the #askBucksCouncil Twitter hashtag.
Vlogs will also be shared daily on the council’s social media channels.
