Harding’s Restaurant celebrates re-launch

Aylesbury College’s Harding’s Restaurant re-launched on 1 May 2015 following a recent refurbishment, and hosted a lunch event in celebration. This followed a successful student launch last week. The Harding’s team welcomed visitors from across Buckinghamshire, who all enjoyed welcome drinks and a special tasting menu, designed and prepared by students on Aylesbury College’s Hospitality and Catering Apprenticeships.

The restaurant has been redecorated throughout, and has a new spring menu to accompany its fresh new look. Harding’s offers seasonal menus and hosts regular themed evenings with specially designed menus.

Nicky Austin, Restaurant Manager and Curriculum Manager for Hospitality and Catering at Aylesbury College said: “We are really excited to be re-launching Harding’s Restaurant today. The whole team has worked really hard on the refurbishment and the launch. We look forward to welcoming lots of new diners to the restaurant.”

Run as a fully commercial establishment and headed up by a professional team, Harding’s Restaurant offers excellent work experience opportunities to large numbers of Aylesbury College students.

The emphasis is on casual dining, value for money, great service and using locally grown, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. There is ample free parking and the restaurant is open Monday-Friday 8.00am – 10.00pm, and can be hired for functions on request. To book please call 01296 588577.
