Petitioning the House of Lords about HS2

Petitions to the House of Lords against HS2, need to be submitted by 5.00pm Monday 18 April 2016. As many Petitions as possible from this area should be submitted asking for a Long Tunnel – in other words an extension of HS2’s proposed tunnel from South Heath to north of Wendover. A large number of Petitions will make an impact so please avoid doing joint petitions. to help submit a petition, the local HS2 group has composed a draft petition. If you would like help with petitioning, there are several opportunities in the next few days:

Thank you very much if you can help in this. It is worth doing. The House of Lords could give us a tunnel and save our AONB.
