A family have recently moved into David Wilson Homes’ Lavendon Fields development near Olney, after searching for a home to suit their lifestyle.
Samantha (40) and Kayvan Jouza (49), along with their daughter Ella (2) and Shih Tzu, Alfie, have now settled into a four bedroom Bradgate style home at the Soames Close development after searching for the perfect location for family living.
Samantha, Head of Payroll Services, said: “We wanted to live in a village and we had always wanted a David Wilson home but they had not quite been in the right location for us until now.
“We both work long hours so we wanted something that was easy to maintain, warm and cosy! The new style of home had great amounts of living space which really suited our family.
“The large living room and kitchen area is perfect for family life with a toddler. When we are cooking she is also in her own little kitchen! We also make use of the study when working from home.
“The community here is fantastic, it’s another reason we moved as our previous house stood alone and we had very few neighbours. Many of us also have children who are similar ages, so that is perfect.”
Lavendon Fields is situated five minutes away from the market town of Olney. As well as offering great commuter links to Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton.
