HS2 Works Notification: Engineering works for the Wendover Dean Viaduct, Wendover
We’re writing to let you know about some planned works that we will be carrying out in your area.
As part of our continued preparatory works for the Wendover Dean Viaduct, EKFB will be carrying out some engineering work in the form of bored piling as well as sheet piling. These works will take place near to Durham Farm, off Bowood Lane.
Piling work is crucial to the stability of the ground and to distribute the weight of a constructed structure evenly.
We will be carrying out these works from Monday 10 January to late February.
These dates may be subject to change, are dependent on weather conditions and other factors outside of our control. Works will take place between 8am and 6pm – Monday to Friday. Some additional weekend work may also take place.
