HS2 Works Notification: Notice of overnight road closure, A422

We’re writing to let you know about some planned works that we will be carrying out in your area, in January.

As part of our continued preparatory works, we are working alongside BT Openreach to complete the relocation and connection of utilities along the A422.

For reasons of safety, we will need to close the A422 for approximately 2 nights. There will also be a single lane closure during the day to allow for the new road surface to set.

No utility services will be disrupted during these works.

The A422 will be fully closed, 7.00pm to 5.00am, from Monday 10 January to Wednesday 12 January, with a diversion in place.

We will work to open the roads to reduce disruption as soon as possible.
