Lindengate – Better Health & Wellbeing for All, Through Nature – February 2022

Through the provision of nature-based activities, we empower everyone to nurture their wellbeing, connect to the healing power of nature and respect the environment.

After a much needed Winter Wellbeing break, our incredible team & volunteers have been busy onsite, planting bulbs and wildflower seeds to ensure that our bees and other pollinators have plenty of food in the Spring and Summer months

We offer an all age, fully integrated service, through a variety of different programmes, all based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing to promote positive wellbeing. Why not come along to one of our free drop-in sessions as part of Rest & Reflect, to see how we can support you.
Wednesdays 1.30 – 3.30pm (no children/dogs) & Saturdays 1 – 4pm.
(seasonal opening times, please check website before visiting)

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering, why not get in touch to see how you can get involved. From weekend Green Volunteens (13-18 yrs), working alongside the Programme team, supporting participants, or supporting the team to keep Lindengate looking fabulous, there are plenty of opportunities to join our community.
