Week Six of Manor Waste refurbishment

The schedule for week six includes more La Linia block paving. In addition, we can expect to see blister paving, bollards, cycle hoops, litter bins and a tree grille installed.

  • Monday 29 February: the entrance to Budgens was blocked for the first time, exit doubled up as entrance
  • Tuesday 1 March:paving laid towards the entrance to Budgens
  • Wednesday 2 March: trees cut down
  • Thursday 3 March: paving to Budgen’s entrance nearly finished
  • Friday 4 March: some bollards now in place to protect the Manor Waste as a pedestrian area, not a car park. Easy access to Budgens once again.
