Wendover lad stars on Broadway
Matthew Thomas, who was brought up in Wendover, appears in the Spiderman calendar as May but he left that show last November to star on Broadway in Pippin
His father, Peter Thomas, told Wendover News: Pippin has opened to sell out performances and is up for 10 Tony awards. Matt has also been nominated for leading actor in a musical in the Outer Drama Circle Awards! This week, he recorded the songs for the forthcoming original cast recording CD to be released in June. Exciting times.
