Missenden Abbey Christmas Fair 2018
Missenden Abbey Christmas Fair raises over £500 for the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People Charity.
The conference centre, owned by Bucks New University and based in Great Missenden, were delighted to host their annual Christmas Fair on Sunday 9th December 2018 welcoming over 750 visitors. The fair raised an incredible amount of over £500 for the Hearing Dogs for Deaf people charity.
Visitors were treated to an array of local craft stalls, mini fairground rides for the children and wonderful carol singing from The Knights of Harmony. A special visit from Father Christmas with the help of his 2 reindeers who were more than happy to be fed and petted by the visitors made the event one to be remembered for years to come.
Suze Ward – Sales and Marketing Manager of Missenden Abbey said, this was possibly our best fair yet, the delight in people’s faces at the sight of the real reindeer and hearing dogs made the day even more special and we are really pleased to be able to support such a worthy, local cause.
