Boutique Sales Associate Sarah Hashimy wanted to upsize from her two bedroom flat because she needed more space and fell in love with the commuter destination of the development.

“It’s exciting getting to put my own mark and style on the place and I’m really looking forward personalising everything to suit my taste.
“Brooklands really is a perfect location for me as the transport links from surrounding areas and airports are great. It is a big help as I always have friends and family coming over to stay and having the coachway just around the corner is also very handy.
“Barratt Homes have been extremely helpful from the word go. When I first visited the sales centre the onsite team were able to help me find the home that suited my needs and they are still supporting me, even now after I’ve moved in.”
She chose Brooklands because of the flourishing new community and handy facilities available around the development that are nearing completion.
Sarah is enjoying being close to the Kingston Centre which is just a five minute drive away and offers plenty of retail shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The development is five miles away from Milton Keynes Central train station which provides regular services to London Euston in just over half an hour.
