Member of Parliament Acts as Graduation Reviewing Officer at RAF Halton

Mr Mark Lancaster, MP, Parlimentary Under Secretary of State and Minister for Defence Personnel and Veterans, visited RAF Halton this week (19 January) to act as the Reviewing Officer during the graduation of Douglas Intake and to learn more about the role of the Station.

After signing the Visitor’s Book he was escorted by the Station Commander, Group Captain Adrian Burns, to the Recruit Training Squadron and Initial Force Protection Flight where he met the staff and was briefed on their respective roles.

After lunch, Mr Lancaster reviewed the parade and met with the recruits and their familes and made a short visit to the Trenchard Museum.
