New Look Tims
Tims Dairy have completely rebranded their classic range of award-winning bio-live Greek style yogurts with a market leading modern fresh and happy new look and feel.
The basics of the previous branding date back to 2009. To fulfil a need for a fresher look, better stand-out on shelf and clearer on-pot messaging for the consumer – as well as bringing new reduced levels of added sugar in the flavoured yogurts – Tims Dairy worked closely with top London Design Agency Wonderland. The brief included reinforcing the core identity, or brand ethos, of Tims Dairy – the Daisy.
The ‘famous five’ flavours are Greek style with Vanilla, Raspberry, Blackcurrants and Honey with a Natural yogurt too. Key messages on the 10 skus – 5 big pots of 450g (Flavours) or 500g (Natural) and 5 medium pots of 175g (Flavours) or 200g (Natural) – reinforce their Greek Heritage, British Made – using British milk in full support of UK farmers, recyclability of every element of the packaging and bio-live. Consumer awareness of health messages has been transformed during Covid; the role of bio-live cultures in gut health and immunity support – as well as the excitement and new enthusiasm for home baking and the importance of good quality ingredients for home cooking.
The inspiration for the new look has been our beautiful daisy logo which now has pride of place on the front of the pot. Our key message of “Greek Heritage, British Made” comes through and our support of UK farmers continues, using only fresh British milk. Our Greek style Natural yogurt has no added sugar and we have reduced the sugar in the flavoured yogurts without any compromise on great taste or quality.
“We wanted to bring some energy, freshness and optimism to the yogurt category – and a thank you to excite our loyal fans, old and the many new ones from the last few months. We have been ‘Creating Amazing Since 1949’ and we’re not going to stop now!” says Managing Director Chris Timotheou.
“We began the project just before the onset of Covid 19 and decided to forge ahead to bring some excitement and positivity to the category as we all try to bounce back stronger from Covid.”
Look out for the packaging on shelf in Waitrose, Ocado, selected Asda, Co-op, Whole Food Markets, and many fabulous farm shops and delis up and down the country.
