New Vicar of St Mary’s Church announced
The Reverend Sally Moring is to be the new vicar of St. Mary’s, Wendover and St. Michael & All Angels, Halton. Sally has been vicar of the church of St Edmund of Canterbury, Hayes in Middlesex for the past eight years. She is married to Paul and they have two adult children. Her appointment was a unanimous decision by the Patron, the Bishop, the Rural Dean and the church representatives.
Sally and Paul will be moving into the vicarage in August. Her service of Institution will be conducted by Alan Wilson, Bishop of Buckingham on Wednesday 6th September in St. Mary’s at 19:30. Sally is very much looking forward to being involved in the life of Wendover and Halton and working with the other Christian leaders in the area.
