Nursery Children in Aylesbury are ready for Santa Claus to come to Town
Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Thames has been spreading Christmas cheer in the run up to Christmas with the donation of a Christmas tree to a local family-run nursery.
Aktiva Nursery is situated on the house builder’s Kingsbrook development and opened its doors in October 2019. The nursery provides the local community with a home from home nursery environment for their children to learn and play and now, thanks to the festive donation from Barratt and David Wilson Homes, the children are ready for the Christmas period.
Michela Catena, Nursery Manager, said: “As a brand new nursery starting from scratch we feel privileged that Barratt and David Wilson Homes offered to donate a Christmas tree to us. The children were all very excited to help decorate the tree; it looks great and it was all the children’s work!”
Simon Francis, Managing Director at Barratt Homes North Thames, said, “We’re really pleased we could donate a Christmas tree to Aktiva Nursery. A number of families at our Kingsbrook development will have children that will attend the nursery and it was a great opportunity to give back to the local community.
“Kingsbrook has helped grow the community in Aylesbury and we continue to look forward to welcoming new residents to this thriving development and to carry on working closely with the nursery as it becomes more established.”
Barratt Homes currently has two, three and four bedroom properties from £210,000 and David Wilson Homes has a range of three and four bedroom homes starting at £336,495.
