Patients in Bucks invited to give their views on how GP practices communicate with them

If you are a patient registered with a GP practice in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Berkshire, you are invited to take part in a short survey about how your practice communicates with you.

Across these areas, GP practices use various tools to enable their patients to contact them. These may include online consultations, video consultations and text messaging.

The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) would like your feedback on these tools and how they help to manage your health.
