RAF Halton Christmas Jumper Day
A few days before the official Christmas Jumper day RAF personnel were out and about in their own brightly coloured jumpers or dressed as a Christmas character. Organised by the Joint Information Activity Group, JIAG, and for a donation of £2 the Station Commander, Group Captain Katherine Wilson kindly allowed personnel to come to work in fancy dress rather than uniform for a day.
The event was to make funds for Sustain for Life, a non-profit making organisation established in 2006. It is a charity that helps people and organisations learn skills, training and education to help themselves. Station photographers, Kate, Chris and Luka were out and about to record the event.
