RAF Halton Halloween Competition

Families at RAF Halton have been celebrating Halloween with a virtual competition.

The community Support Team organised a competition for the best front of house display, the best pumpkin, the best mask for over 8’s and the best spooky picture for the under 7’s. The Community Support Team received lots of entries for each of the categories, all of which were sent to the Station Commander (Stn Cdr), Group Captain Startup to pick the winners.

The Stn Cdr then visited each of the lucky winners to deliver their Halloween prize.

The Stn Cdr said: “It was a pleasure to review all the Halloween creations from the RAF Halton families. It was a really difficult task to choose just one winner of each category, and I would like to congratulate everyone for their amazing efforts. It was really good to be able to deliver the prizes to the children in person today and see many of the Halloween entries across the estate. I wish everyone a Happy Halloween!”.
