RAF Halton signs Book of Condolence
A Book Of Condolence in memory of those who lost their lives in Paris as a result of the recent terror attacks opened last week at County Hall. Chairman of the County Council, Bill Chapple OBE brought the book to RAF Halton where Wing Commander Ray Morley signed it in the absence of the Station Commander.
Personnel from RAF Halton and local people were invited to leave their own personal messages in the wake of the atrocities in which latest reports say 129 people lost their lives and more than 350 suffered injuries. The Book Of Condolence was open until Friday November 27, after which the pages were bound and sent with a covering letter from Bill Chapple to the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo.
