The Remembrance Quilt project is in progress!

Just a few pics of Tuesday’s Wendover Sewing Bee, which was packed to the rafters with more than 30 ladies working together to transform, piles of donated fabrics into poppy pieces ready to be sewn by the local school children next month. It was very exciting and the ladies who are sewing the 9 larger blocks have started on their work too so we will have sewn all of the constituent pieces by the end of June ready to start the construction over the summer.
