Rob Roy Rally
The Rob Roy Rally has been created to enable anyone who canoes or kayaks to be able to enjoy the challenge of paddling the whole length of the non-tidal Thames. The emphasis is on having fun and exploring our beautiful River Thames at a leisurely pace. You have the summer to do it in and can take it in any journey length that you like.
The Rally is also a sponsored event, aimed at raising money for the charityAge Unlimitedand theLongridge Activity Centre(www.Longridge.org.uk),which was seriously affected by the floods this year. We would love to get as many canoes and kayaks out on the river as possible to take part in this event.
