Sales experiences helps homebuyers

The Watford-based housebuilder has been sharing statistics on the time spent by its sales staff working in the property industry.

The head office sales department and Sales Advisers combined have a shared total of 192 years and one month of sales experience.

Figures also showed that the average amount of sales experience in the Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Thames sales department across developments and head office is six years and eight months.

With a number of employees at head office surpassing the 10 year mark with Barratt and David Wilson Homes, the average amount in the office sales department is just over eight years.

As for the amount of years in sales of a North Thames Sales Adviser at a development, the average is six years.

The median amount of time for an individual between the age of 25 to 34 is 3.2 years, three times less than the length of time at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Thames.
