Warrant Officer Giles is a retired cricketer and played for both the Royal Air Force and The Combined Services teams. He will be leaving RAF Halton to go to RAF High Wycombe as WO Regiment Training.
He said: “This has been a real privilege and one of the highlights of my career, along with RAF100. I feel privileged to have served as the Station Warrant Officer and I must thank all people in public appointments who have assisted me with Ceremonial Duties and Freedom Parades. In recent months, COVID-19 has proven to be a major factor in my tenure, but it has given me more time to do the work on the Station that I haven’t had the time to do”. Warrant Officer Culley said she was: “Looking forward very much to the challenge ahead”.
