“We went for a vibrant palette of soft teals with pops of raspberry pink and kept the theme contemporary to reflect modern living.

“These colours are memorable which will help the show home stand out of from crowd. The teal is balanced out with the pink so it doesn’t feel dull or dark.”

The three storey property is perfect for modern families. There is plenty of space to spend quality time together with a lounge and dining area that has French doors leading out to the garden.

Upstairs, one of the four bedrooms has been designed for a child and has a feature wall with bright floral wallpaper and colourful accessories. Lydia said: “We love the multi-colours in the child’s bedroom and there are lots of little details in there so the more you look, the more you find!”
