Tribute to health staff in the daily council video update
A tribute to health staff in the county for their actions during the coronavirus emergency is highlighted in today’s (Tuesday) daily video update (Vlog) from Buckinghamshire Council Leader Martin Tett.
Joining Martin is Dr Raj Bajwa, the Chairman of Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group, who will talk about the thanks owed to those working through this emergency; to staff in the NHS, especially those who are unseen, such as porters and cleaners, and to others outside the health service. Dr Bajwa urges residents to keep their social distances, and reassures residents that the NHS is still there for illnesses other than coronavirus.

The daily Vlog, supporting the message #ProudofBucks, also provides an opportunity for people to ask questions via social media on how the council is fighting Coronavirus locally, what residents can do to stay safe, and how they can get involved in helping others – using the #askBucksCouncil Twitter hashtag.
Vlogs will also be shared daily on the council’s social media channels.
