Wendover FC – June 2016
You might be missing us on the pitch at the moment but you can catch a number of our players on the field playing cricket in the annual Village Cup. There are games on each Saturday & Sunday hosted at 1pm and 4pm at the Witchell so come on down and support us during our season break.
To conclude our season we will be hosting the AGM on the 25th June where the committee and players will be discussing another great season, planning the upcoming season and voting committee places. Time and further details will be available on our Facebook page nearer to the date.
To prepare us for next season we will be hosting open training sessions from the 13th July at the John Colet playing fields. Finally, this months player of the month is Lewis Hampton. Lewis is a young Reserves player who demonstrated great enthusiasm and does a skilful job down the wing. He is a bright prospect for us and we hope this continues into next season.
