What’s in a Cream?
Most women use moisturisers.
If you total up the cost over time we spend a lot of money. Do we know what actually goes into our creams? I imagine if you care what you eat you care what you put on your skin. Creams are made from a combination of oils and waters bound together with emulsifiers and that is it. All the other stuff in these creams vary from a hyped wonder ingredient, preservatives and petrochemicals.
If you want to know where your food comes from then why not care where your moisturiser comes from? Having choices what vitamins, enzymes and/or compounds we put on our skin will benefit both our minds and our bodies.
So why not make your own? Get to know your skin and the products you put on it. Create your own individualized formula to suit your own skincare needs. Most ingredients can be found in a country kitchen at a fraction of the cost so get making.
