WJFC U12’s win the SBMSC Red Division League Final!
Coaches Mark Endean & Dave Gundry took a squad of 13 to Thame United for this year’s final against Gerrards Cross. After a bright start from both teams Gerrards Cross took an early lead from a header. Despite this early setback Wendover continued to play good football getting their just rewards midway through the first half with an excellent strike from Louis Endean to even the score at 1-1. Half time came and after a closely contested second half the game remained a draw. Wendover went to extra time with great support from the touchline and their spirits high. The game was evenly balanced with both teams having chances to score but Wendover dug in deep and Louis Fountain scored making it 2-1 and Wendover the winners.

The Club’s annual tournament is on Sat 20th & Sun 21st June 2015 at RAF Halton with age groups ranging from Under 6’s to Under 16’s – come along and support the Wendover teams!
