Work re-starts on construction site in Buckinhamshire

David Wilson Homes has revealed it’s restarted the construction of its brand new Buckinghamshire development, Lavendon Fields.

The five star housebuilder temporarily stopped all work on the new homes site during the pandemic to protect the health and safety of its staff and had been reviewing the situation regularly since in line with official advice.

A detailed set of working practices and protocols has been developed by David Wilson Homes so that its construction sites can operate safely and following the latest guidance from Government, Public Health Authorities and the Construction Leadership Council.

This includes changes to signage, site welfare facilities and compounds, site access and walkways.

A nominated Social Distancing Marshal will also be present on all sites to ensure compliance and the company will provide induction, training and support for its employees and sub-contractors.

Lavendon Fields, located in the leafy village of Lavendon, will consist of a beautiful range of three, four and five bedroom homes meaning that there is a property for everyone; first time buyers, second steppers and those looking for their forever family home.
