Yoga, KundaDance, Breath & Meditation Classes at Wendover Library in 2020 Winter Term

Below are the details of the next term classes.

 

Friday Slow Flow Yoga Classes will resume at 09:30am to 10:30am on 10-01-20 to 3-04-20 Winter term of 12 weeks  with one week off for half term break – no class on 21-02-20.

Cost of £7 per class is £84 for the whole term.

 

KundaDance will start from Monday at 11am to 12 o’clock from 6-01-20 to 30-03-20 Winter term of 12 weeks, with one week off for half term break – no class on 17-02-20.

Cost of £7 per class is £84 for the whole term.

 

New 30 minutes Class – Breath & Meditation will be starting on Monday at 12:15 – 12:45 from 6-01-20 to 30-03-20 Winter term of 12 weeks, with one week off for half term break –

no class on 17-02-20.

Cost of £5 per class is £60 for the whole term.

Breath & Meditation Workshops are created for a wide audience of all ages. We all know that our breathing is important, this is something we all have in common – we come into this world as we take our first breath & leave as we breathe out our last… but in between, we all take our breathing for granted… Let’s dive deep into Pranayama – the Art of Yogic Breathing & learn how you can make yourself calmer, more aware of your mind, body, spirit & life around you by just being mindful of your BREATH! Also we will learn different types of breathing which can either get you energised or calm you down & we will Meditate after we have done some breathing exercises and prepared our bodies for Meditation.  Come and try – it will be fun!

If you decide to come to more than one class and pay for the whole term in advance, there is a further discount! 

Slow Flow + KundaDance = £160 (saving of £8)

Slow Flow OR KundaDance + Meditation = £135 (saving of £9)

Slow Flow + Kundadance + Meditation = £215 (saving of £13)

 

Pay as you go price remains £8 per class for Slow Flow & KundaDance and £6 for Breath & Meditation. 

All classes are held in Wendover Library during term time only and no classes on Bank Holiday Mondays.
