If you need medical help, would like to request an appointment, or have any admin queries or requests, please contact us via our online form that is accessed on our website homepage. Your request will be triaged by our team, and you will be contacted with next steps.

If you do need to call us our telephone number is 01296 320384, and our digital assistant will offer you options to help, or you can wait to speak to one of our call handlers. You may need to wait during busy times, although our telephone system offers you the opportunity to select a call back from us – no need to wait on the line.

The Surgery is normally open

Monday 7.30am – 6.30pm
Tuesday 7.30am-8pm
Wednesday 7.30am-6.30pm
Thursday 7.30am-6.30pm
Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm.

Please note Dispensary opens at 8.30am
Our online form is available between 7.30am – 4pm currently, with telephone lines open from 8am-1pm, 2pm-6.30pm Monday-Friday
Tuesday evening appointments 6.00pm – 8.00pm, and on Saturday we are open 8.00am – 12noon except Bank Holiday Saturdays
Please note Dispensary opens 9am-11am on Saturdays except Bank Holiday Saturdays

Our policy is one problem per appointment.
